Is it only pain or u have any swelling or fever associated with it ?
If just pain .. you can take aceclofenac- p or ketorol Dt
Gargle with warm salt water ..
Try oral rinsing with some clove oil
These will be some additional help .

I think you should restrict to only paracetamol, I e take Dolo 650 mg three or four times a day after food. And if the pain persist, then we can add antibiotic. But DO NOT take any anti inflammatory right now owing to high risk of covid9.

Hi, if you are not allergic to diclofenac or paracetamol then you can take Tablet Enzoflam 3 times a day for 3 days. With that, you can do warm saltwater rinse.

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
In case of severe pain :-
> 2 Tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water
OR
Tab Tramadol
OR
Tab Voveran

Avoid biting from the tooth and do warm saline rinses between meals

If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same with 15 days.DO NOT take Tab O2 instead take Augmentin 625mg as O2 has life threatening reaction.
