You need to visit a local oral and maxillofacial surgeon for treatment and physical evaluation. Sometimes while doing surgical extraction, it can happen.

Sometimes during removal of wisdom teeth excessive pressure  is created in the corresponding tm joint due to long standing or excessive mouth opening this leads to post op tm joint pain... Another thing to be considered is whether your extracted site has healed properly or not... These things can only be judged by proper clinical evaluation and subsequent radiography... While actual tmj pain will wear off slowly by taking muscle relaxants, hot fomentation and soft diet... A slow healing or unhealed socket wont go away on its own... In either case you should visit your dentist...
