Not very clear from X ray. But as per symptoms,  you may need Re-RCT. Do visit a local Endodontist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).

You will need to redo the root canal again!!! It seems to be infected again…. So doing repeat root canal under an ENDODONTIST in a magnified vision will solve your problem and help you recover!!!

You need an examination by an endodontist. There seem to be a separate instrument in your mesial canal of the tooth. If the swelling is related to the RC treated tooth you may require a Re-RCT! With the whole side of your face involved you should not be delaying your treatment. Buy the cause of your swelling needs a physical examination before racing on the correct diagnosis.
