Sleep issue

I go early to bed..and i take sleep for long hours ..but i don't get deep sleep ...i simply get several dreams till i wake up...whether it be afternoon nap or night both the time i get long dreams .what mi8 be the issue ...please provide me remedy

Stick to a  sleep schedule.try to restrict afternoon naps to less than 30 minutes.eat healthy and exercise .
