I can say that creatine is generally considered safe when taken in appropriate doses. It is a widely studied supplement that has shown benefits in improving exercise performance, especially for short, high-intensity activities like weightlifting or sprinting. However, it may not be necessary for everyone, and some individuals may experience minor side effects like stomach discomfort or water retention. If you are considering taking creatine, it's essential to consult dietitian to determine if it aligns with your fitness goals and any underlying health conditions.

It is generally safe to consume creatinine in moderate amounts since the body produces it naturally. If you consume non-vegetarian food, you may already be consuming enough creatinine. However, if you plan to engage in muscle or sprinting exercises, you should determine your required intake for a limited period of time.

It depends as to what is the objective of your work out. Usually athletes who need sustained release of enegy would be taking this supplement. Not required in a gym unless and until you are preparing for an event.

Depends on the objective of your workout. If you are doing it for fitness then you will not need it. They are usually recommended for people who do 3-4 hrs of high intensity work outs.

This will depend on the kind of work out that u do, including duration as well. In most of the scenarios u wouldn't need one. Need to know further about your routine sir.
