Your maximum HR is (220-Age) = 220-25 = 195 Considering your age being 25 So you can easily reach a HeartRate of 195 without worrying much as it’s a part of exercise induced change in circulation. But during that process if you feel tightness or breathlessness or blackouts/syncope then it’s warrants proper investigation
Next Steps
1. Stress Management 2. TMT (Treadmill Test) maybe done so you’d know about your exercise capacity

Increased pulse rate during exercise is normal. But if suffering with tightness in chest during exercise, it requires proper evaluation of cardiac physiology and functioning. Kindly connect for further clarification.

Theoretically maximum heart rate at your age can be 190 ,if you can achieve 80% of this during vigorous cardio exercises, you are very good . So technically 150 should be your targetted HR during cardio .
