Red spot and other small spots in cheek

I have a little raised red spot in my cheek from a long time but it does not pain and also it is not deep in the sense like a lump Apart from this I also have small yellowish dots like thing too on my buccal mucosa which I suspect are FG I am really worried what else it could be if not FG

These are Fordyce granules.Fordyce granules or papules are one of the common soft tissue variations seen in the oral cavity. They are ectopic sebaceous glands characterised by yellowish-white papular lesions scattered throughout the oral mucous membrane, but more common in the buccal mucosa.These granules do not undergo pathological changes and do not require any treatment.

It seems like fordyce granules .They are usually common in puberty and adulthood due to harmonal change .These are oil glands that occurs in hair less areas on skin.They can usually subside normally with in a month.Do u find these spots on other areas of ur skin? Consult a dermatologist if these are more , n they can minimise these with some topical creams n minor procedures.

Yellow spots looks like Fordyces granules. If no pain, irritation or burning sensation,  don't worry. If pain,irritation or burning sensation, do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation.

Fordyces granules appears as small, pin head sized, painless red or white spots( dia-1-3mm).This is common in adults , occur due to hormonal factors & after puberty .Do u have any medical history?
