U need to gain 12 KGS of muscle mass. To gain muscle mass u don't need to take supplement
They won't help u in long run. To increase stamina u need good diet. I can help with 4-5 KGS weight gain in month that too with stamina improve.
Hello,.., you can have proteins naturally .. Chicken ,fish , egg , pulses are rich in protein .Take one to two egg daily.. Work for slow sustained increase in weigh weight. Don't rush.. Taking protein powder in high quantity may harm kidney that's doctors don't prescribe it .
