I have been suffering from apthous ulcer and it's very painful .....Can I use orasore...Gel...And I hv been taking b complex tablet since 1day...

Yes you can and taking multivitamin will help.  You might also want to step up your overall hygiene measures. Make sure you Brush twice daily and use a mouthwash( atleast 4 times a week).
