I usually do a blood test every 6 month. My recent blood tests shows uric acid parameter as 6.6. I am having pains on my feet and waist. Can I get any medicine

A uric acid of 6.6 mg/dL is within the upper normal range and is unlikely to be causing your foot and heel pain on its own. Heel pain during walking is more commonly due to plantar fasciitis — inflammation of the tissue on the sole of the foot — which is very common and unrelated to uric acid at this level.

Not needed. Wear closed, thick,  comfortable shoes while walking, do some hot compression,  avoid wearing high heeled foot wear,bending from back.

Uric acid of 6.6 is normal, and you do not need any medicine to reduce uric acid. Take Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily for 5-7 days, after food. Do mild physical stretch exercises.
