I have more weight as compared to my age...i have normal diet...how i can control on my hunger and loose weight

Avoid fats and fried items.....decrease your carbohydrates.... Drink more plenty of liquids.... Eat more fibre in your diet Eat more fruits and vegetables Use skimmed milk and its product. Do not sit after taking meal brisk walk atleast 10 minutes Use cinnomon water on daily basis
