My weight is not reducing

I am doing 2 hours exercise everyday at gym. I can feel that my fat is reducing. But I am surprised that when I am weighting myself the number is fixed and not changing. What might be the reason.

Hi! If you are managing your protein intake well, you must be building muscle. The density of muscle is more than that of fat. So even if you lose fat, and you see a difference in your size, the weight might not be showing a difference because of muscle gain. And you need not worry because this is infact a healthy way of going about it. Although, this is a possibility that I explained. I will need more details about you to be sure. You might want to get your body composition analysis done so you would know how much is the  muscle and fat percentage of your body.

Hello, It's called a plateau, where your weight is stuck- not much increase and not much decrease. These are few tips that might help, best would be to consult a dietician. Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hi there! this is most top question of this era. The reason for this is your diet might be not balanced and correct.
