Mood swings, tension & feeling low

2021-10-10 00:14:37
I face mood swings very frequently, side by side facing issues like difficulty in concentrating, feeling low, lack of motivation doing regular tasks, anxiety and low energy. I sometimes just day dream just laying on the bed because I feel like doing nothing, knowing that I have already pending tasks to complete on priority. I get super anxious at times for my future & start self critisism.I have self doubts sometimes related to confidence & I do overthink about what may happen or what people can think about me. I had abusive, dominant partner for 6.5 years & 2 years back I finally broke up with him. I was being cheated multiple ways throughout & was always been questioned whenever I wanted to raise my voice in a very wrong way.somewhere I let that happen & ignored my important mains (myself, study, passion & even sometimes fought with my parents) me which is why I still sometimes go to guilt trip.

It seems to be stress disorder leading to mild depression and confusion. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required.

All the symptoms that you are facing may lead to Clinical Depression & depending on since how long you have been facing these issues, may indicate a depressive state being already built. There are deep wounds that must be addressed so that release may happen at the mind & body level. There are energy Healing modalities like ThetaHealing, EFT Tapping that are very helpful when combined with psychotherapy. I use all these modalities with my clients. Would suggest you for the same.

Hi.... All the symptoms you have mentioned are sign of an underlying condition (Depression). This may also be just because you are trying to overcome your abusive and tormenting past. Also, because the present is also equally challenging. We tend to start re-thinking about out past, especially relationship wise, when we are encountered with challenging odds in the present. This does not mean we want to go back to our past or we are regretting our choices in the past. It only means that our mind is reassessing our present environment based on our past experiences in the similar environment. This is how our mind works, nothing else.
