I'm having moderate to severe headaches from the last two days. I didn't take any medications. Drinking lots of water. It worsens while coughing, sneezing, or moving head. Please assist me with Medications if necessary. Attached picture of pain regions.

Take steam twice a day . It will help relieve the congestion due to cold Avoid anything cold. Take naxdom-D three times a day after food Tab rab d empty stomach Stay hydrated. Take adequate sleep Rest
