Hello sir I having pain in both armpit area that's why I go for axxilursy B/L ultrasound to find out the causes behind this for example enlarged lymph node or swelled lymph node any tumor this is the right method to dignosys lymph node problem

If you are having pain then the lymph nodes are infected. Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. You will need antibiotics. After the infection is controlled the lymph nodes may need to be removed.
