Sciatica-like pain needs proper evaluation. See orthopedic or spine specialist. Get MRI lumbar spine. Try: hot/cold therapy, gentle stretching, avoid prolonged sitting. Medications: pregabalin 75mg, muscle relaxants, NSAIDs. Physical therapy essential. If severe or bladder/bowel issues, see doctor immediately.

If pain is associated with tingling/numbness then do consult a neurologist..if not, then do consult atleast an othropedics..with xray L-S spine ap& lat view..you can also try 1)Tablet pregabalin 75mg 1tab O.D at bedtime..10days 2)Tablet mecobalamin 1tab O.D after breakfast..10days

Share detailed history of your symptoms. Do MRI of lumbosacral spine and share results. Also go for serum calcium,  vit d3 and b12 done, share results. Share what pain killers you have taken so far, then I can help you to heal. For now, take tab dolocide m.r. one every 8 hours for 3 days.
