I recently got a full body checkup done and things which have been worth noticing have been Vitamin D total Hydroxy - 9.25 and Vitamin B12 - 333 So, what should be my course going forward?

Your vitamin D level of 9.25 is significantly below what the body needs, this level usually needs active correction, not just sun exposure or diet. Your B12 at 333 is within the usual range and doesn't need treatment right now.
Next Steps
Your doctor will usually start a high-dose vitamin D course for some weeks, followed by a lower maintenance dose, and being on the higher side for your height means your dose may need adjusting too. Please see your physician to get this started and recheck the level after 2-3 months.
Health Tips
Untreated vitamin D deficiency at this level can affect your bones and muscles over time, so please don't delay starting treatment.
