Losing weight without much effort

Is it okay to lose 1.5 kgs in 2 months without any excess excercise aur dieting. But the person suffered from constipation and hence was eating a bit less as compared to normal days for approx 20 days..his weight changed from 75 to 73.5.

Reducing weight means removed fat from body it should be gradually and systematic way so follow healthy diet, & do exercise and walk early morning and evening. For constipation early morning take 1-2glass lukewarm lemon water with one tsp roasted fenugreek seed. Take fiber rich food . Add fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
