Is chia seeds good for health?

I have doubt regarding chia seeds...does it really helps the metabolism and improves the health? 1) is rich in antioxidants? 2) is rich Fibre source? 3) Reduces weight and cholesterol Overall is it good to intake daily.please clarify sir/madam

Certainly chia seeds are good, have multiple health benefits. It has omega - 3, protein, fiber and micronutrients. Soak them in water and put in curd, smoothies, salads etc. You can have daily.

Gud evening there are lots of foods rich in anti oxidant, fiber like fruits, green vegs leafy vegs etc chia seeds can be taken in limitation to get effective result like weight loss, cholesterol management etc.

It is good but once you get doubts on any food groups you can go for Any other options. Anti oxidants : all fruit and vegetables are rich source of antioxidants berries ate amazing. Fiber : carrot, broccoli, apple, almonds, flax seeds,  cabbage, spinach many more. All these things help in weight management and reduces cholesterol levels when taken in adequate amount.
