I show inside cheek and inside corner of mouth  last two months some small small many spot which colour yellowish white and not itching no burning no bleeding I never chewing tobacco occasionally smoking only whats the problem is is please give me medicine

These are most likely Fordyce granules which develop from minor salivary glands.These are benign ,harmless and resolve on own.No treatment needed

Sir these are called Fordyces granules..These are absolutely normal but still u need to quit smoking..These are basically fat tissues embedded in cheek mucosa..If they become symptomatic then treatment is done accordingly..otherwise it will do no harm to you.
