Inflamed liver

I have an inflamed liver. I drink maybe 1 a month atmost. Could be due to eating outside food. Please suggest course of action i.e. lab tests and diet. Thanks

I don't know who diagnosed "Inflammed Liver" for you and on what basis. Please share all the information including the clinical notes of the Doctor who advised you to get a sonography done.

Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible ,by avoiding alcohol, oily food, including lots of vegetables and fruits, exercising regularly to shed some weight.You can request for a liver function tests and ultrasound scan of the abdomen.

USG WHOLE ABDOMEN ADVISABLE. Blood test for Lft, Lipid profile. CBC CRP. Note QUITE ALCOHOL OTHER WISE NO THERAPY OF ANY  TYPE NOT WORKING. LIFE STYLE CHANGE DIET PLAN CHANGE DRASTICALLY. ADD LIV 52 one at night for long time. Tab oz two times a day after food for five days.
