I want to lose weight. I had gained around 7-8 kgs in last 6 months. Most of the weight is gained because of tibia bone fracture in my left leg. Now I can walk and exercise properly. My main concern is my lower body. I want to get in shape. Please suggest.

As a dietitian My suggestions for weight loss are 1) low carbohydrates ( avoid maida, white bread,rice , potato, - as these are easily digested carbs ... u can choose instead brown bread , wheat dahlia, oats, barley flakes, oats flakes, Ragi—as these are complex carbs .... it’s the main thing for loosing weight 2)low fat intake—avoid outside food completely 3)high fiber diet - include vegetables and fruits salads 4)high protein intake— take good proteins such as paneer,cheese, eggs, milk
