I get tired easily. I eat properly, and I even sleep properly. I don't know what's causing tiredness.

1st go through CBC test,if your are thin, weak..than need focus on b complex vitamins, vit D, vit A or same folic acid supplement..but befor taking any my advice, please consult with your doctor and follow his guidance.

Good morning As per your given details you are little bit underweight, so you have to come into normal weight. For this you have to follow a proper weight gain balance diet regularly.

Healthy evening ma’am, Deficiency in certain nutrients like vitamin B-12, vitamin D may cause fatigue. Can test for nutrient deficiency . A diet with lots of leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats such as fish, nuts & seeds helps lessen the effects of feeling tired.

May you get deficient with Vitamin .it's just because of adulterated food and many more factors. So, do 3months course of multivitamin and vit D3.

Make sure you manage Exercise  regularly. Lack of Exercise  causes hormonal imbalance.  Include small and frequent meals and avoid long gaps . Keep yourself well hydrated. Include meditation  in  routine.
