I was a state level football player and I have been playing through out my life but once in 2018 I got anemia and It made me tired easily , so I took meds and recovered and now in 2021 in april I got covid ( asymptomatic) I am on a good diet too but still when I play football now I get tired in 15 mins but I sweat a lot in that less span too . So what vitamins should I take ? Or should I focus on rehydration ??

yes you should care or good care of your hydration through out the day, along with high biological value protein like egg, chicken, paneer, fish, mushroom, dals, or any protein supplement if weakness is extreme, do follow the 5-6 small frequent meals with plenty of liquids including juices, with fiber like salads, vegetables, fruits etc. or plan your diet with the help of your dietitian that how to take or what to have or when to have or how much to have
