I have hypertension since delivery, its been two years, taking prolomet am 50mg. Wil running slowly or doing Normal exercise, worsen the bp making it high, as it may cause exertion and high heart rate if exercise is done?

You need regular bp monitoring Few blood investigations ( serum creat , serum urea , 2decho After consulting cardiologist ) Cardiologist opinion
