Since you are IT professional, I can understand how your work will be. Sitting for long time doesn't seems good. Take a break in every 1 or 2 hours, stretch, roam for atleast 5 to 10 minutes. Don't skip your meals. If you are taking lunch and the next meal will be at next morning means, more than 16 hours you will be in fasting, right. That's not good.
