How much water can I drink

I drink 3-4 litres of water. It's v hot in my city . Is 4 Litres of water toooo much ? I feel thirsty

In summer its too hot so u can drink 4- 5 litrs of water per day. Don't wait for thirst.

hi in summer season and specifically we sweat a lot, so need to refuel those reserves to avoid dehydration and fatigue. 4l of water is not too much, if you are feeling thirsty, you are in negative water balance, have frequent water sips and add some sugar/salt(home made shikanji )/ to it, to compensate for electrolyte loss in sweat.

Water intake depends on weight and the climatic conditions arround. Have water as per body demands if perspiration is more. Sip water in between. Have Fluids like Electral ORS Lemon Juice Kokum Juice to keep body well hydrated
