Hello Doctor, I am on Keto diet and as supplements I am taking Becadexamine and Liv 52. I want to start biotin for my hair and skin. How should I go with it, along with these two can I start Biotin? Or should i replace? Pls guide me. I am 29yrs female. Weighing 75kgs.
