I want to take vitamin e,biotin and omega3 supplements but I'm afraid that I might gain weight or some period problems will occur so I need expert's advice on this.Please help.

There are many natural sources contain vitamin E,biotin and omaga3. You can add them as part for regular diet. Flax seeds , fish oil are good omaga3 . Similarly Biotin can be found through Proteins diets and Vitamin e from dry fruits. However I strongly recommend you to consult with dietitian and your family physician to understand best way to include these as part of your diet after considering your medical assessment.

Hi there I understand your concern...since you are getting these supplements from natural sources there is no problem... If you get it from artificial sources then there might be some side effects....I would suggest you to consult nearest dietitian for detailed history and assessment they will guide you further.
