You need to avoid all food which increases cholesterol levels..like all animal food including dairy products.
Eat more seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Please avoid mutton if you're a non vegetarian. You can eat 1 whole boiled egg in a day not more than that. Eat lean meats like fish amd chicken but avoid skin part in both. You can include ghee and coconut oil in your diet in a moderate amount. Avoid deep fried oil foods, packed and processed foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and chocolates
