Treatment of blood pressure which you're telling is irrational requires to see why are you taking like this and change in medication

Using propranolol + atenelol which both of them belong to betablockers may cause lowering of blood pressure and low heart rate .and due to the low bp the person might become more irritable.please provide proper history why u are prescribed both propranolol and atenelol are prescribed at 36 years of age itself.using the propranolol+ atenelol same category lead to more lowering of bp .kindly change to other antihtn like ace inhibitor or arb drugs along with one betablockers.

Try to find it cause of irritability. Is there any stress factor....? Get your routine blood test done including serum electrolyte. Sometimes sodium imbalance may be cause of irritability.
