Having toothache from last week

I am having toothache from last week. It is somewhat mild but very uncomfortable. I am not having any issue with eating or anything but tooth is paining constantly. It is only in my frontal teeth area.

Hi there. This will need a checkup and treatment. Although the pain is mild . It is a sign that the dental issue is here to stay. Try to avoid taking painkiller.

Usually frontal tooth ache starts with any past injury or fall few years ago or even in childhood, If the case is so get a X ray done by dentist nearby and start medicines.
