Hair fall receding eye brow hair grey

I've had hair fall for 5 years. No issues before 2020, then suddenly 50-100 hairs/day started falling. Eyebrows also thinning/receding. Saw dermatologist in 2020: prescribed minoxidil, zydip c lotion, ketoconazole shampoo, tablets. After 3 months, same prescription again. Hair fall reduced slightly but no regrowth in lost areas. Saw multiple doctors 2020-2024: similar medicines with minor variations. Hair fall kept increasing. 2024: Added finasteride for 4 months. Hair fall reduced BUT growth completely stopped/severely slowed. Stopped medicine after 1 month - growth resumed very slowly. After 4 months, same problem returned. Now beard patches forming (healing on their own). Tests done (2020 & 2024): thyroid, vitamin D, hemoglobin - all normal both times. Question: Should I continue seeing dermatologists or consult another doctor who can examine my body and find the main underlying cause instead of just treating symptoms?
