Can I take coconut water daily if I have gerd/ gastric issues Please tell me the food which can help me in this problem . Not eating spicy, oily, citrus or any Jung food I want to gain some weight

Yes, you can take coconut water daily in gastric issues Also you can take whole grains , root vegetables for ex - sweet potatoes, carrots green vegetable - for ex broccoli / asparagus , green beans Banana , melons Tip - Take -1 tsp Fennel soaked overnight in a glass of water and drink in the morning , it will help to reduce your gastric issues

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
