Coconut water
I cut the coconut it was green and instantly drank it but the water was slightly strong in taste like felt a bit acidic. The coconut seller told it was due to whole day in heat there was no smell. Am i safe? Was it safe to drink. It has been 4 hours since i drank it

Usually coconut water is alkaline means PH value is higher than 7, when the coconut starts ripening its water starts becoming acidic, so more acidic means is more ripened, you can drink it.
