Hi
Oats can either be soaked or well cooked..for better bioavailability and to prevent other side-effects like build up and indigestion..in gut..
Incase if you plan to eat raw oats , you can have them and then drink more water for digestion... otherwise it can lead to indigestion...and other issues..like stomach pain etc..
Anything to be cooked either with some medium like water or milk...for better assimilation and absorption in the gut..
