I have been suffering from fever, cold and cough for the past 2 days, I started with paracetamol 500, saptran and citrizen but nothing happened today I took dolo 500 at 5am , 500 at 1pm and 650mg at 7pm still my fever is not going down below 99, what should I do?

When fever is there, it's the infection that is there in body, so only paracetamol is not enough, so kindly take antibiotic, and u ll see the results Consult for more
