It depends on whether you are having a balanced diet or not. Also pre and post workout meals are important depending on your intensity and duration of workouts. So get a customised meal plan from a professional.

Have a high carb meal before your workouts to boost your energy levels. If you feel low on energy after workouts, it is possible that your are exerting yourself to finish the workouts and that is also leading to body pains. A healthy workout is one which makes you feel fresh after it’s completed. It is advisable to take a break from workouts to heal your body pains or do some low intensity workouts. This generally happens when your muscles are not fully recovered. It is also advised to have a high protein diet after workouts for faster muscle recovery.
