In case of loading with back supported as with leg press the range of knee bending has to be controlled.
Barbell lifting could be risky and based in your pelvic control and muscle tightness.
Lifting with bending forward is the most risky movement. However this movement could be eventually restored with training using low weights.
However individual lifting capacities differ and there is no 1 size fits all.
