Healthy person adults, it’s safe to eat 1-2 whole eggs per day depending on how much cholesterol is in your diet. If already have high cholesterol risk factors for heart disease, it may be best to eat no more than 4 -5 whole eggs per week.
You can take daily 4 eggs white without yolk and eat 2 whole eggs if no cholesterol there.
