Is regular consumption of coffee (say one cup a day) good or bad for health, in terms of cholesterol level and male hormone (mainly testosterone)..?

Gud  evening  one cup of coffee intake is fine but not on a completely  empty stomach.u can have it one time only in evening snacks time.excess intake of any  food item is not good.

coffee is a good anti oxidant, no effect on increase in cholesterol, don't add cream over it, which is bad for health.
