Instead of dry fruit such fig and dates can eat nuts and seeds, such as almond,  walnut,  pumpkin seeds, flaxseed are more healful for diabetic patients.if sugar almost controlled, than monthly 1 or 2 dry fig ok, but managed that day's diet.shoud be fiber and low carb low sugar contains.but better way ask to your doctor, and ad per sugar levels/guidance of doctor u can eat.

Nuts are preferable. Not dry fruits. Both are different. Nuts include Almond, Walnut, Pistachio,Cashews ,Hazelnut. Soak them and eat in morning. Dry fruits are basically dried fruit & are naturally sweet (like figs, dates, raisins ) and these should be taken only if your blood glucose is under control.

Any dry fruit and nut is good in diabetes. 1 or 2 dry figs can be taken after soaking overnight.
