Do i have thyroid?

Hi my tsh is 5.5 , is it normal ? Can it be come down with diet and exercise? Also my urea level is 12.6 and creatinine 0.50 Can you please tell if everything is alright or not.

Urea level is high. Only tsh can not diagnose hypothyroidism. We need the whole thyroid profile.
