Diat plan for Night shift

Hello, Need your expert suggestions for below. I work at night shift from 6:30PM to 4:00 AM. Due to improper lunch and dinner timing I'm facing a digestion problem and more chest pain. Sometimes pain continues for 2-3 weeks. Regards Vyankatesh

Very firstly get a medical consult. Get examine yourself physically. If possible request the office time to get changed. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 30-40 min a day. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
