Hi Will detox water (cucumber,lemon, ginger,water) help to reduce weight? I also exercise. And is the water bad for my health? Because it will be in water for the day. So will those veggies go bad???

Other than any detox water you also need to take care of your lifestyle, eat a well balanced meal, stay hydrated, and active, sleep well . Eat home cooked meal as much as possible, avoid packaged and processed foods, soft drinks , sauces etc.

Only Detox waters won't help. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
