Can you tell me which condition is this? He has dandruff issue and his forehead also has white flakey coverage. Now his chest hair also show some inflammation on skin. Can you tell me what's this condition?

Seems like fungal infection. Give him tab ketoconazole 200mg one daily for 10 days, candid b ointment twice daily for 2 weeks. Selsun green shampoo twice a week for hair wash. If itching, take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.
