I didn’t quite get your question on as in how much weight you will reduce if you cut off your sugar intake in a month in a week or in a year?? Secondly sugar is not just empty calories but many other things like a toxin which slows down your metabolism, which thickens your blood flow, which interrupts with your healthy gut microbiome and hence declines your mood, sugar spikes and many other metabolic dysfunctions like obesity, abdominal weight gain, elevated blood sugar, triglycerides & decreased HDL & increased LDL
Next Steps
Hence stopping sugar isn’t a solution but a necessity in today’s lifestyle as our movement has immensely decreased
Health Tips
Kindly cut off biscuits, cookies, bakeries and any “Dead Foods” as we call it anything ready to eat from a package and instead start eating live foods like fresh fruits, raw salads & cooked seasonal veggies to increase your fibre also decrease your metabolic dysfunction and overall improvement of health as your are breastfeeding hence you also have to be an ideal for your child and his/her future self as kids learn fast from their parents
