Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 5 days. Syp Grilinctus d ,5m.l. every 8 hours for 5 days. Do gargles with hot water to which add few drops of listril mouth wash, 3 times daily.. Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule,  2 to 3 times daily. Drink warm fluids.

Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times. Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two times. Azee500 one per day after food for 3to5 days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days.  Montek lc one at night for five days. Girilinctus syr 5ml twice n 10ml at night. Put Alex cough lozenge in mouth n suck for night. Head must be raised put two pillows. Nebulization with duoline n budecort respule two times for 3to5 days.
