Pepper is also not good for your condition. And Don't lie immediately after the meal atleast for 30 min. Add lots of salads in your diet Do walk for at least 30 min Drink plenty of water If still not effective, consult your nearest doctor they will examine you and will suggest if further scans or tests are needed. Stay healthy

Hello Ma’am, intermittent tiredness and drowsiness can occur due to sleep disturbances, stress, dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, medication side effects, or other causes. Normal BP, pulse, blood sugar, ECG, and other reports are reassuring, but they do not rule out every possible cause.
Next Steps
* Please consult me on Practo for a detailed evaluation. * Share all your available investigation reports, including blood tests, ECG, echo, TMT, and brain scan reports. * Based on your symptoms and reports, we can decide whether further tests or treatment are needed.
Health Tips
* Maintain regular sleep timings, stay hydrated, and eat a balanced diet. * Avoid driving if you feel excessively sleepy. * Seek urgent medical care if you develop fainting, chest pain, breathing difficulty, or sudden neurological symptoms.

You are having Acute Gastroesophageal reflux. Take Domperidone 10 mg twice daily, 30 minutes before food for 5 days. If it does not help then we can think of other diagnoses.

Hello, Your symptoms may be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastritis, or another oesophageal or gastric condition. These symptoms can occur even when you follow a healthy diet. Since you have been experiencing severe burning for two months, I recommend consulting a physician for a proper assessment rather than relying on dietary changes alone. Your doctor may consider a trial of acid-suppressing treatment and further evaluation depending on your history and examination. Meanwhile: - Eat smaller, more frequent meals. - Avoid lying down for 2–3 hours after eating. - Identify individual triggers such as caffeine, spicy foods, citrus, or carbonated drinks. - Avoid smoking and alcohol, if applicable. Please seek urgent medical attention if you develop difficulty or pain while swallowing, vomiting blood, black stools, persistent vomiting, unexplained weight loss, or severe chest pain. A few details would help clarify the cause: Do you have difficulty swallowing, symptoms at night, or burning that worsens after meals? Regards.

Eat smaller meals at regular times. Avoid pepper and any food or drink that triggers your symptoms; reduce tea and coffee if you consume them. Don't lie down for 2–3 hours after eating. Avoid taking ibuprofen or similar painkillers without medical advice.

Hello, Your symptoms of severe burning in the food pipe and stomach, along with frequent burning burps for two months, are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastritis, or functional dyspepsia. GERD occurs when stomach contents reflux into the oesophagus, causing burning and discomfort. Importantly, reflux can occur even without acidic liquid reaching your mouth. Eating healthy food does not completely prevent acidity, as factors such as meal timing, stress, individual food sensitivity, and oesophageal function may contribute. Since your symptoms have persisted for two months, a proper medical evaluation is advisable.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment. Your doctor may recommend a supervised 4–8 week course of a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) if GERD is suspected. Consider H. pylori testing if gastritis or peptic ulcer disease is suspected. If symptoms persist despite appropriate treatment, an upper GI endoscopy may be necessary. Eat smaller meals, avoid lying down for 2–3 hours after eating, and identify individual food triggers.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive caffeine, carbonated drinks, peppermint, and foods that worsen your symptoms. Avoid eating within three hours of bedtime. If you experience nighttime reflux, elevating the head of your bed may help. Seek medical attention if you develop difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting, vomiting blood, black stools, unexplained weight loss, or severe chest pain. Most reflux-related conditions respond well to appropriate treatment and lifestyle modifications. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Burning in the food pipe and stomach for two months, even on a plain diet with no oily food, usually still points to acid reflux. Large meals, eating late at night, and stress can trigger it just as much as spicy or oily food, and reflux doesn't always come with the typical sour taste.
Next Steps
Try smaller, more frequent meals, avoid lying down right after eating, and cut back on tea, coffee and carbonated drinks for a couple of weeks to see if it helps. If the burning keeps recurring, an endoscopy can check for inflammation or ulcers.
Health Tips
See a gastroenterologist if you start losing weight, have trouble swallowing, or notice blood in vomit or stool.
