Consistent burning sensation in stomach
Since 4-5 months i am having constant burning sensation in my stomach. I have it everyday. On the advice of a doc I'm on a low spicy and no hot beverages diet. There's a bit improvement. But I'm having the burning sensation everyday sometimes it travels upto chest. Burning sensation is extreme while sitting or lying down. it radiates to sides and back also

At your age many young adults comes with similar problem. It's due to peptic ulcer disease, may be of duodenal or gastric variety. By hearing your complaints it looks like a gastric ulcer. Its due to increase acid secretion, causing erosion of your protective gastric mucus layer. It caused by many causes like bad food habit, bad food & sleep cycle, hyperstimulation of vagus nerve etc. You need proper treatment regime with proper medications to deal with it easily.
